Thank you for visiting Art and Shelter. I hope you will find helpful information on this site that will make you feel more empowered to make a difference for yourself, your family, or someone you’re trying to help.  On this site you’ll learn about art therapy, the services I provide, local mental health resources, and more. To begin, please click on one of the populations above that apply to you or your loved one. Or go to Frequently Asked Questions to learn more. As always, you may feel free to Contact me with questions.

The pandemic has changed so many aspects of our lives and impacted our way of living and working, day by day. Be kind to yourself and give yourself a break even if it’s for 10 minutes. I’m here to help and will adapt to providing services as best I can- either in person or virtually. Thank you for your patience.

If you’re interested in learning why the arts are particularly important during difficult times, like pandemics, please click on the following article published earlier this year by the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
